This message is for all of you who will be attending the 42nd Annual NYSTEA Conference at Buffalo State on March 31 and April 1, 2005. Buffalo State is located at 1300 Elmwood Avenue, just minutes away from the Hyatt Regency in downtown Buffalo.

If you are driving to Buffalo and staying at the Hyatt Regency you can download a map to the hotel at http://www.buffalostate.edu/depts/technology/NYSTEA2005/. NYSTEA will host a shuttle to and from the Hyatt Downtown to Buffalo College, which will run on Thursday and Friday, morning and afternoon.

If you are unfamiliar with Buffalo State, you can download a PDF map of the campus at http://www.buffalostate.edu/directions.xml. The map is located under “In this Section”, “Directions, Maps, Parking” and “Parking Map”. Parking for commuters will be available in lots S and T. Vendors may park in D1 adjacent to the Student Union, to load and unload

The vendors’ area and luncheons will be located in the Student Union, building 8A. Presentations will be held in Bulgar Communications building 24, and some work labs will be held in Upton Hall, building 7.

The registration fee included three conference meals, the Awards Luncheon on Thursday, The Awards Banquet on Thursday night, and the Student Leadership Luncheon on Friday. The President’s Reception will be held on Thursday at the Hyatt, prior to the Awards Banquet.
