NYSTEA Presents Excellence Awards submitted by Alta Jo Longware on

NYSTEA proudly recognizes three outstanding Technology teachers for their commitment to excellence in Technology education. The awards were presented at the NYSTEA Annual Spring Conference 2005 Awards Banquet. Awards Chair Steve Poydock presented Robert Clark from Canadaigua Academy, the ITEA/NYSTEA Teacher Excellence Award. Dave Banister and John Burgess, from Palmyra-Macedon High School were presented the ITEA/NYSTEA Program Excellence Award. Immediately following the NYSTEA conference, the three award recipients traveled to the International Technology Education Association Conference in Kansas City where they were each presented with an ITEA Excellence Award.
