CTE Position Paper & Program Approval Process submitted by Thomas Frawley on

Katherine Schadewald, Executive Director of the CTE Resource Center forwarded the following two items, of interest to Technology teachers across the great State of New York. They include the "CTE Position Paper" and the "Program Approval Process".

Katherine reports that, " ... the CTE Position Paper evolved from a CTE Summit where CTE issues were the result of the focus forums. We wrote the paper and sent it to the NY SED. We also distributed the paper to the legislators, Board of Regents and District Superintendents. We are continuing to focus on the issues in the paper."
