How do I register?
Registration is on conference days, or with pre-registration.
Registration tables are set up in the lobby of Wilber Hall, beginning about
8:00 AM both days. The first presentation starts at 9:00 AM, and there
will be coffee and donuts available before. The registration fee is a modest
$30. Checks can be made payable to the Department of Technology.
You can zoom through the registration process by downloading and completing the Registration Form in advance. Bring the completed registration to the express lane! or mail it to us prior to October 25th. If you have additional questions about registration, payment, or purchase orders please contact Ms. Teri Livermon at (315) 312-3011
Is there Parking?
Parking is available in LOT # 7 by the Romney Field house athletic
complex. A shuttle bus will be available, but of course, the (Oswego) weather
will be so nice you will want to walk. You can view detailed driving directions using this link to mapquest
How long are presentations? How do I become a presenter?
Each program runs about 60 minutes. Presenters
should express their interest early by signing up online using this form. We recommend 50 copies of presentation materials to meet the demands
of participants. AV and special equipment are best supplied by the presenter
if possible, although arrangements can be made ahead on a first come first served basis.
Are there accommodations for persons with disabilities?
Persons with disabilities, needing accommodations to attend the conference, should contact Rich Bush at 315.312.3990 in advance.
Will there be exhibitors? How can I sign up to be one?
There will be a full ship of commercial exhibitors, with the expected
number over 20. Booth rental fee is just $300 for 2007. Potential
exhibitors should contact Mr. Philip Gaines, SUNY Oswego, 209 Park Hall,
Oswego, New York 13126, or leave an e-mail message at gaines@oswego.edu
.
Are High School and College level visitors welcome?
Yes! All students are welcome! It is recommended that High School teachers bring a reasonably
sized group of juniors/seniors interested in a Technology Education
career. Remember, there are no overnight accommodations on campus and teachers
are expected to supervise students at all times.
