Energy Education with a Jolt of Solar Presented by Ray Pitcher with William Rock Are your students (and teachers) Energy Smart? Are you solar powered? Our multi-discipline hands-on lessons show energy’s relationship to the environment, our economy, and to energy efficiency. You will mine coal, launch rockets, motorize toys with solar power. Appropriate for every subject area, K-12. Statewide KidWind and WindWise programs will be discussed. Attendees will receive curriculum and classroom materials. Program Time: Thursday 9:00 - 10:00 This presentation will be repeated Friday 2:45 - 3:45 |
